I am currently pursuing a BSc in Mathematics & Computer Science at the University of South Africa (UNISA). I'm passionate about software development, with a particular focus on backend systems. Additionally, I have a strong interest in DevOps and cloud computing, especially the transformative power of automation in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes.

MyexperiencewithPythonisjustaboutasoldasmyprogrammingjourney.ItisthefirsteverprogramminglanguageIlearntandformostofmyprojects,itsusedtobuildAPIsusingtheDjangoframework(DRF).I'vereadthatthisisapopularwebframework,andIwouldlovetoseehowitisinlargerscaleprojects.

IhavemadeconsiderableprogressinC++programming.IhaveusedittosolveproblemsonplatformsCodeWars.Iamstilllearningthelanguage,butIhaveagoodunderstandingofitscoreconceptsandfeatures.IwouldlovetoseehowC++isusedinlargerscaleprojects,especiallyinthecontextofsystemsdevelopment.

Docker

Dockerhasbeenakeypartofmydevelopmentwork,andIcan'timaginemyworkflowwithoutit.Imainlyuseitfortestingmyapps,experimentingwithnewsoftwareandpackagingfunctionalapps.Thisisreallyhelpfulwhenworkingwithteamsduringhackathons,whereweneedtoeasilyshareourcodeandcomponents.Iamcuriousastohowthistoolisusedatscale.
